Tell us whether you use the website or iPhone app, what happened, and what you expected. Your app version, iOS version or browser can help. Screenshots are optional; please hide any information you don’t want to share.

Where is my history stored?

On the website, history stays in the browser where you recorded it. On iPhone, it stays in the app’s local storage. There are no accounts, and history does not sync between the website, the iPhone app, or different devices.

Can you recover missing history?

We don’t have a server copy of your records. Check that you’re using the same app, browser profile, and website address. Avoid clearing browser data or deleting the iPhone app while troubleshooting. Device backups may help depending on your settings, but we can’t restore history remotely.

How do I correct an entry?

On iPhone, swipe left on a history entry to edit or delete it. On the website, use the entry’s edit control in History. You can change its recorded weight and date; deleting an entry requires confirmation.

What weight should I record?

For barbells, record the total weight of the bar and plates. For dumbbells, record the weight of one dumbbell. An entry means you completed all sets and reps in the selected setting at that weight or higher. Follow the exercise’s on-screen guidance.

Why do the chart and history look different?

The chart compares entries for the selected sets-and-reps setting. The iPhone exercise history also lists entries from other settings, identified by their badges. The original unit is preserved on each record, while charts use your selected display unit.
