Your data
Privacy policy
Your training history is yours. We store it on your device, without an account or a workout-data server.

One policy, two apps
This policy covers the Am I Getting Stronger? website and the native Stronger iPhone app, provided by Bhrigu Srivastava. Both let you record completed exercise weights and view your progress. Neither requires an account, contains advertising, or sells your personal information.
Training data stays on your device
Exercise selections, sets and reps, weights, dates, and preferences are stored locally. We do not receive or upload your training records, and we cannot access or restore them for you.
- Website: training records are stored in your browser using IndexedDB. Browser storage also remembers preferences such as appearance. These records are specific to that browser and website address.
- iPhone app: training records and preferences are stored in the app’s local storage. There is no app-operated cloud sync. Your device’s backup and restore features may include this data, depending on your Apple settings.
The website and iPhone app do not sync with each other or with other devices.
Website hosting
The website is hosted by Vercel. When you visit a page, the hosting service processes technical request information such as your IP address, requested page, browser details, and request time to deliver, secure, and troubleshoot the site. This may appear in hosting or security logs. Web exercise-page addresses contain an exercise identifier; recorded weights and dates are not sent in those requests.
We do not use advertising cookies, session recordings, or a third-party behavioral analytics SDK. Local browser storage is used for app functionality. See Vercel’s privacy notice for information about the hosting provider.
Apple’s standard analytics
For the iPhone app, Apple may provide us with standard App Store statistics and aggregated usage information, such as downloads, sessions, and crashes. Usage reporting depends on your Apple analytics-sharing settings. We do not add a separate analytics SDK or send individual workout records to an analytics service.
You can manage diagnostic and usage sharing in your iPhone’s Privacy & Security settings. Apple’s processing is covered by Apple’s privacy information.
If you contact support
If you email captain.bhrigu@gmail.com, we receive your email address and anything you choose to include. We use this information to reply and resolve your request. Email is handled through Gmail and may be processed by Google. Please avoid sending training records or other sensitive information unless it is necessary to explain the issue.
Support correspondence is kept for as long as needed to handle the request and relevant follow-up, or to meet legal obligations. You can contact us to request deletion of correspondence.
Deleting your data
You can edit or delete individual training entries in either app. Clearing this website’s browser data removes its locally stored history and preferences. Deleting the iPhone app removes its local app data; offloading the app may retain it. Copies in device backups are controlled through your device or backup-provider settings.
We do not keep a server copy of your training records. Clearing local data may permanently remove your history if you have no usable backup.
Your choices and questions
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or restrict the use of personal information held about you. Contact captain.bhrigu@gmail.com about privacy requests. Training records remain under your control on your device.
We may update this policy when the app or its data practices change. The date above identifies the latest version. For help using the app, visit Support.
